  • Dedicated Indexing: If you need to retrieve a case file instantly, we’ll set the case file as one “index field”. We can set as many indexes as you’d like so that you can quickly access the information that you need.
  • Bate Stamping: In addition to scanning and indexing your files, we will bate stamp them according to your criteria.
  • Full-Text Optical Character Recognition: We’ll create searchable PDFs so that you can access a specific set of words.
  • Integration with Case Management Systems: We will work with your IT Department to get your scanned images imported into your current management system. We will present a free demo of our document management system if you don’t currently have one. If you prefer to have your scanned files sent in a different way, we will gladly deliver them according to your choice.
